The long-term concept brings together young people from Padula, from other Italian communities, from underserved communities internationally, Italian-American youth and diaspora descendants. They do not come as tourists. They participate.

Safeguarding
Protection comes before the programme.
- — No young person is publicly identified without proper authorisation.
- — Consent workflows for photography, video, stories, testimonials and public profiles.
- — Youth information is held separately and minimally.
- — Local people and young Padulesi help design and lead the initiative — this is not a rescue mission.
